Board Meetings Are Virtual Until October 1, 2021  


Pursuant to rescission by the Governor of various COVID-19 pandemic executive orders, including the Stay-at-Home Order (N-33-20) and the Blueprint for a Safe Economy (N-60-20), the Port office is now open to the public by appointment.  Please be advised that appointments are required insofar as the State of Emergency declared by the Governor on March 4, 2020 remains in effect, and pursuant to San Mateo County Health notification dated May 11, 2021 advising continued adherence to COVID-19 guidance from the United States Department of Health & Human Services, the CDC and other public health agencies. .

Please also be advised that on March 17, 2020, the Governor issued Executive Order N-29-20 suspending certain provisions of the Ralph M. Brown Act in order to allow for local legislative bodies to conduct their meeting telephonically or by other electronic means, and such Order remains in effect as updated pursuant to Executive Order N-08-21 on June 11, 2021. Hence, pursuant to Executive Order N-08-21, Board chambers will not be open to the public for meetings of the Board of Port Commissioners until October 1, 2021, subject to any further CDC guidance or public health orders that may be issued.

The Port’s public facilities, including restrooms along the waterfront, remain closed with a reopening schedule to be determined.
