Contest Winners

1st Place: Matthew Alvarado, 3rd Grade, Woodside Hills Christian Academy
Wins a bicycle with helmet & bike lock and a Battle Ship Re-enactment Sail.

2nd Place: Allison Flores, 5th Grade, North Star Academy
Wins a Razor kick scooter w/helmet & knee pads and a Battle Ship Re-enactment Sail.

3rd Place: Dominic Tanzillo, 4th Grade, North Star Academy
Wins a wooden easel art chest & sketch pad and a Battle Ship Re-enactment Sail.

Honorable Mention: Meagan Day, 5th Grade, North Star Academy
Honorable Mention: Emma Sazio, 4th Grade, Clifford School
Honorable Mention: Luis Chisco, 3rd Grade, Hawes School
NOTE: All Honorable Mention winners receive a 71-piece art kit with sketch pads.

$400.00 School Participation Award: Woodside Hills Christian Academy, which is the school attended by the 1st place winner.

The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place Posters and the Honorable Mention Posters will be on display in the Children’s Section of the Redwood City Main Library through April.
The Runners Up and Finalists posters will be on display in the lobby at Redwood City Hall through March.

A total of eight (8) schools participated this year. There were 373 entries.
